Not only,, what,, but also,, how,,

So I started a series of workshops in which I reveal the practical steps that can be taken by anyone who wants to make changes at the level of mind and body. These changes allow for lasting results. I witnessed how people experienced treatments that could not be explained in these workshops. They healed old wounds on a mental and emotional level, eliminated so-called impossible ailments, created new opportunities, and experienced beautiful health - to name just a few. Now is the time when we not only want to know, but we also want to know-how. How to use scientific concepts and old wisdom to enrich your life? - When we succeed in finding out what science reveals about the nature of reality, and when we allow ourselves to incorporate these principles into everyday life, each of us will become both a mystic and a scientist in our own lives.

So I invite you to try everything you will learn in this blog and objectively evaluate the results. If you make an effort to change your inner world of thoughts and feelings, the outer environment will begin to give you feedback that will prove that your mind influences your external world. If you understand this information in philosophy and transfer this knowledge into your life - that is, you will use it so many times that you will master it - you will progress from the level of a philosopher through the status of an apprentice to the story of a master. There is solid scientific evidence that this is possible. I ask you in advance to keep an open mind so that you can learn step by step the concepts I am writing in this blog. With all this information, something needs to be done, right? Otherwise, they are just the basis for an excellent conversation over dinner. When your mind is open enough to accept things as they are and let go of the ingrained patterns with which you are accustomed to grasping reality, you will be able to witness the fruits of your efforts. I wish you could do that. The information on these pages is supposed to inspire you to prove that you are a divine creator.

Let us never wait for science to give us enough to do unusual things. If we wait, we will turn science into another religion. Let's be brave enough and think about our lives. Let's do things that are considered unusual, and we do it repeatedly. When we do this, we can rise to a higher level of personal power. Real power arises when we focus intensely on our beliefs. We can see that they originate from patterns instilled in us by religion, culture, society, education, family, media - designs can even be influenced by our genes (They are influenced by sensory experiences in our current lives and experiences of countless generations before us) . We compare these old ideas with new paradigms that make it harder for us to benefit. Times are changing. Individuals are waking up to a more powerful reality, and we are all part of a much more powerful mass of change. Our current systems and models of reality are falling apart, and it's time for something new to emerge. Our models of politics, economics, religion, science, education, health, and the environment reveal a different way of thinking than it was just ten years ago.

Giving up the obsolete and accepting the new seems easy. But as I pointed out in this blog, most of what we have learned and experienced is woven into our biological selves, and we carry it as an outfit. But we also know that what is true today may not be tomorrow. We doubt our perception of atoms as solid particles, and reality and our attitude towards it are part and consequent ideas and beliefs. We also know that abandoning the daily routine we are used to and moving on to something new can be compared to a salmon trying to swim upstream - doing so requires effort, and - let's be honest - it's also uncomfortable. In addition, we must confront ridicule, marginalization, opposition, and underestimation of people who cling to what they think they know. Who is willing to put himself on the brink of such hardships in the name of some kind of concept that he cannot perceive with his senses while at the same time knowing that he lives in his mind? How often in history have individuals considered heretics and fools had to endure abuse by ordinary people, and then it turned out to be geniuses, saints, or masters? Do you dare to be original?
