How to avoid the endless cycle of procrastination?
Procrastination begins with avoiding things out of fear or resistance and then becomes a pattern of behavior that becomes a habit. We strengthen this habit of procrastination through years of practice, and it affects us in many areas of life, not just work.

Try to understand why and in what way the habit hurts you. For example, does it hurt your career, health, relationships, happiness, finances, and loved ones? Then, try to change your routine to improve these things.
3. Set yourself a task
Choose something you have postponed, but first, choose something more accessible or enjoyable and commit to completing the task.
4. Observe your habits
Notice when the need arises to get away or switch to something else. These old habits show, but observe them, do not act on them without condemnation. These are just motivations that occur.
