Not long ago, I uploaded a video to YouTube called “The Return of the Gods.” I hit publish and moved on with my day. I knew it was a powerful topic, but I had no idea what was coming next. Within hours, the comments started pouring in. People weren’t just “liking” the video—they were telling me it shifted something in them.
Some said they finally had words for what they’d quietly believed their whole lives. Others admitted they felt uncomfortable, even triggered, but in a way that forced them to think differently about themselves, about God, about life. That kind of feedback humbled me and reminded me why I create in the first place: not for views or clout, but to spark consciousness.
So don’t read this as just another feel-good article. Think of it as a field manual for your inner world. I want to walk you through an idea that changed everything for me—and might change everything for you too:
You live in the world that you’re thinking of.
If that sentence is true, then your life right now is not just happening to you.It’s not random, and it’s not purely luck.k. Your life is, in large part, a reflection of what you believe.
And belief, as we’re going to explore, is not just a mental mood. It’s a power.

The Return of the Gods… Inside You

When I talk about “the gods” returning, I’m not talking about Zeus coming down from the clouds. I’m talking about something much more personal: the return of your own inner power.
We’ve been trained to outsource our power—
to institutions, to systems, to experts, to “them.”
We’ve been taught to wait for someone or something to save us, bless us, judge us, or punish us. We’ve been conditioned to believe that the great forces of the universe live “out there” somewhere, outside of our reach.
But what if the real story is the opposite?
What if the “gods” are metaphors for the divine intelligence that’s always been woven into you—your consciousness, your awareness, your ability to choose? What if the return of the gods means the return of your awareness of your own creative power?
The moment you stop seeing yourself as a victim of reality and start seeing yourself as a participant in shaping it, something massive shiftsThat shift usually begins with one simple but radical realisation:n:
You don’t see things as they are. You see things as you are.
The world you experience isn’t just “out there”; it’s filtered through your beliefs, memories, fears, and expectations. Two people can walk down the same street and live in completely different universes—one seeing danger, the other seeing opportunity. Same street. Different inner world.
The variable is belief.

Belief: More Than a Thought, More Than a Feeling

Recently, I was reading a remarkable book called The Spontaneous Power of Belief by Gregg Braden, the same author who wrote The Divine Matrix. His work dives into how our inner state interacts with the field of reality around us. One of the core questions he asks is simple:
What is belief, really?
We throw the word around constantly, but if we strip away all the fluff, belief is this:
Belief is what’s confirmed in your mind and confirmed in your heart at the same time.
It’s not just a thought you repeat. It’s not just an emotion you feel for a moment. It’s when your mental picture and your emotional resonance lock into alignment. Your mind says, “This is true,” and your heart says, “Yes, that’s real for me.” When that happens, belief becomes a creative force.
From there, the universe—which includes your brain, your body, your nervous system, and the energetic field around you—starts reorganising around that belief.f. You begin to select, notice, and attract experiences that match it. Your entire system is tuned like an antenna to a specific frequency.
Belief is the frequency you broadcast into the universe.

The Heart: Your Cosmic Transmitter

Here’s where it gets even more interesting. According to research shared in Braden’s work and echoed by multiple scientific studies, the heart isn’t just a blood pump. It’s an electrical and magnetic powerhouse.
Your heart generates an electromagnetic field that extends beyond your body. That field interacts with the world around you, which is also electrical and magnetic at its core. Your heart isn’t just reacting to reality; it’s constantly broadcasting into it.
The heart is myogenic. It can generate its own electrical impulses without requiring outside stimulation. In plain language, it doesn’t need a plug-in. It’s self-starting, self-sustaining. Your heart is both the drum and the drummer of your life’s rhythm.
When you align your belief—mind and heart—your heart’s field becomes a powerful transmitter. You’re not “wishing” your reality into existence. You’re interacting with a living, responsive universe at the level of energy and information.
Think of it this way:
  • Your thoughts are the code.
  • Your emotions are the voltage.
  • Your heart is the router.
What you continuously think and deeply feel gets uploaded into the field that surrounds you. Over time, it shapes the world you walk into.
So when you hear the phrase “You live in the world you’re thinking of,” it’s not just poetic. It’s a description of how your inner programming meets the outer field.

Two Forces or One? The Belief That Shapes Everything

Now we hit one of the biggest questions of all:
Do you believe in two opposing forces—good and evil, God and the Devil—or do you believe in one force?
Most of us were raised inside a story of duality. A cosmic tug-of-war. God on one side, the Devil on the other. Light and dark are in an eternal boxing match, and we’re the prize being fought over. In that story, life becomes a battlefield. Every hardship looks like an attack. Every success looks like a temporary break before the next strike.
In that worldview, it’s almost impossible not to feel like a victim at times.
Because if two great forces are constantly wrestling over your destiny, then what are you? A pawn. A target. A casualty. It becomes all too easy to say, “This happened because something evil is after me,” or “That failed because I’m cursed.”
Now, I’m not saying there is no such thing as cruelty, injustice, or pain. We see all of that every day. But the deeper question is this: what’s the fundamental nature of the universe itself?
If you see it as divided into two ultimate powers, you will experience yourself as divided. If you see it as unified—one force expressing itself in different ways—then your relationship to everything changes.
Because if there is ultimately one force, then:
“Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so.”
That doesn’t mean suffering is fake. It means meaning is powerful. Your interpretation becomes the lens that turns an event into a curse, a lesson, or a doorway. The event may be outside your control—but the story you attach to it is yours.
Believing in one force doesn’t erase responsibility; it intensifies it. It says you’re not being tossed around between cosmic parents who argue over you. You are part of the same field they are. You are an expression of the same source. And that means what you believe, choose, and embody matters.

Karma: The Math of the Universe

Let’s talk about karma, because people love to use that word like it’s some spiritual revenge system.
In simple terms, karma is:
Absolute results of absolute actions, absolutely.
That’s not a threat. It’s a description of cause and effect on a cosmic level. Every action, thought, and intention carries a certain vibration. That vibration echoes. It returns in some form. Maybe not instantly, maybe not in a way you can easily track, but energetically, nothing goes missing.
Karma isn’t a bearded man in the sky keeping score. It’s more like gravity. You don’t get mad at gravity for making you fall if you step off a roof; you respect it. In the same way, when you truly understand karma, you stop thinking, “Why is this happening to me?” and start asking, “What is this showing me?” and “What am I sowing with my beliefs, words, and actions?”
When you believe you’re at the mercy of two opposing forces, karma feels like punishment. When you believe in one unified force, karma feels like feedback. Not “You’re bad, here’s your pain,” but “Here’s the energetic consequence of what you’ve been putting out.”
That understanding is freeing. Because feedback can be used. When you start to consciously adjust your beliefs, your intentions, and your choices, karma becomes your teacher instead of your enemy.

Division, Separation, and the Illusion of Powerlessness

Look at the world right now: division everywhere. Politics, religion, identity, culture. It’s like humanity is addicted to splitting itself into teams and then fighting over the scoreboard.
Whenever you see division, you’re looking at separation. And wherever there is separation, there is a kind of death—death of connection, death of empathy, death of understanding. On the surface, it looks like people are fighting over truth, but at a deeper level, they’re often fighting over belief.
Behind all that noise is fear. The fear that if our belief isn’t the only correct one, we’re unsafe. The fear that if reality is bigger than our story, we’ll lose control. So we cling to our divisions like security blankets.
But here’s the twist: the more divided your beliefs, the more powerless you feel. Because everything becomes an attack, a war, a struggle. You’re always under siege.
What if, instead, you rooted your belief system in unity?
Not a fake “we’re all the same,” because we’re not. We have different experiences, cultures, and paths. But a deeper unity: one field, one source, one force, endlessly expressing itself.
From that perspective, other people aren’t enemies or recruits—they’re mirrors. They reflect back parts of you: your fears, hopes, shadow, and light. The world becomes a reflection of inner content, not a random, hostile battlefield.

Your Belief Audit

So here’s where this stops being theory and starts being practice.
If what you believe creates your reality, and if your heart is constantly broadcasting those beliefs into the universe, then you can’t afford to sleepwalk through your belief system. This is something you have to consciously examine, like going through a closet that’s been stuffed with old clothes you’ve never sorted.
Ask yourself:
What do I really believe?
Do you believe you’re supported by life, or abandoned by it?
Do you believe you can change, or that you’re stuck as you are?
Do you believe you’re inherently worthy, or that you have to constantly prove your worth?
These aren’t abstract questions. They are the foundation of how you move through your day. They dictate how you interpret everything that happens to you.
And then there’s the big one:
Do you believe in two opposing forces governing reality, or one force expressing itself in different ways?
Because that answer will determine whether you constantly feel like a victim in a cosmic war, or a participant in a unified field of consciousness.

Putting Belief Into Action

This might sound great in theory, but how do you actually work with belief in your everyday life? Here are a few ways to start.
1. Track Your Default Story
For one week, pay attention to your automatic reactions when something goes “wrong.” Do you immediately think, “Of course this happened to me, I’m unlucky,” or “Someone’s out to get me”? That’s your default story. Don’t judge it. Just notice it.
2. Question the Story
Each time you catch the default story, pause and ask: “Is this the only way to interpret this event?”What if, instead of “I’m cursed,” you tried on “This is feedback,” or “This is a redirection”?? You’re not lying to yourself; you’re choosing a more empowered lens.
3. Align Mind and Heart
Pick one belief you want to cultivate—something like, “Life supports me,” or “I am worthy.”Spend a few minutes each day visualising that belief as if it’s already true, while also generating the feeling that would come with it. Don’t just think it; feel it. That’s how belief moves from head to heart.
4. Watch What You Consume
Every piece of content you watch, read, or listen to either reinforces fear and separation or strengthens unity and empowerment. Curate your mental diet. Follow creators and thinkers who encourage responsibility, consciousness, and connection.
5. Take One Brave Action
Belief isn’t real until it hits yourbehaviour.r. Choose one area of your life where you’ve been acting from fear or victimhood, and take a different action based on a new belief. If you believe you’re unworthy, act as if you are worthy for one day and see what shifts.

The Call to the Conscious Ones

In my work, I’ve been calling out to what I call the “conscious people”—the ones who are awake enough to know that something deeper is going on, and brave enough to talk about it.
If you’re reading this, you’re one of them.
We don’t need more perfect people. We need more honest people—willing to question their beliefs, update their inner programming, and share what they’re learning with others. Share books. Share insights. Share tools. Share your story. Not from a place of ego or superiority, but from a place of service.
Because the world is starving for real conversation. Not the surface arguments you see in comment sections, but the deeper questions underneath them.
Every time you speak about what you’ve learned, you give someone else permission to question their own limiting beliefs. Every time you choose unity over division, you quietly rewrite the energetic atmosphere around you. You don’t have to be a guru, a priest, or a scholar. You just have to be willing to live like your inner world matters—because it does. In fact, it may be the most powerful thing you've ever owned.

So… What Do You Believe?

I’ll end this with a question that only you can answer:
What do you believe?
Not what were you taugh?t. Not what you’re supposed to say. Not what your community, your culture, or your family expects from you.
What do you, in your heart, believe about reality, about God, about the universe, about yourself?
Because whatever that answer is, that is the world you’re going to walk through. That is the universe you’re going to experience. That is the field your heart is broadcasting into the fabric of existence, moment by moment.
You live in the world that you’re thinking of.
So choose your beliefs consciously. Choose them courageously. And if you discover that your old beliefs were keeping you small, trapped, or powerless, have the courage to let them go.
The gods aren’t just returning “out there.” They’re waking up in you.
And the universe is listening to what you believe.
